Oh, no! Another blog!

Hello again, everyone!

This is the second blog I've started in as many months, and I'm not even finished with the other one. I started a blog over on Wordpress, but I think I'm the only one reading it. I have a number of friends who blog over here, and the machinery seems a little easier to operate, so I'll have a go at it here, too.

I am an MTF transgendered person. That means I was born male, but think of myself as female, and am gradually transitioning to a point where I will be able to live that way full-time. It's been a long journey, and I'm not sure that the rest of it won't be longer still. Yet I go on, because I must.

I've blogged off and on over the years, and I'm trying to make a regular gig of it. I've got things to say, even if no one out there cares to read them. I'll try to stick to subject matter that's relevant to me and my situation, but forgive me if I go off on a tangent from time to time.

On that subject, I've spent the last couple of days pondering the Pope's yearly address. He didn't specifically mention transgendered persons anywhere in his speech, but he did talk a great deal about the dangers of "gender theory".

Long ago I concluded that there is no god, but I still pay attention to the yammering of religious folk, especially when it has the potential to impact my life.
